Company Profile
Linkworld Fastener is a fastener manufacturer and exporter based in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, one of China’s established fastener manufacturing areas, about an hour from Shanghai and close to Ningbo port.
Our production covers cold forming, stamping, hot forging and CNC machining, with tooling made and held for each part. Inspection and packing are done by our own team, so one team stays responsible for the order from the raw material through to the carton.
Products
Non-standard, custom and hard-to-find fasteners are the core of our business. We make them from a drawing, a sample, or a photograph of the part being replaced: special head forms, stepped and combined diameters, non-standard threads, head markings and customer logos, bi-metal constructions, turned components, and welded assemblies. Where a part no longer has a drawing, we measure the sample and produce one. If an item has been discontinued, or the quantity is too small for a large mill to take on, that is the kind of enquiry we are set up for.
Small packing is our second strength: colour boxes, plastic tubs, blister and polybag packs, DIY kits combining several items in one pack, and bulk cartons broken down into shelf-size units, printed with the customer’s own logo and barcode.
Standard fasteners are supplied to DIN, ISO, ASME and AS/NZS: high-strength structural bolts and nuts in property classes 8.8 and 10.9, construction and building fasteners, hex bolts and set screws, nuts and washers, screws for timber, roofing and decking, threaded rods and studs, concrete anchors and screw bolts, rigging hardware, and stamped timber connectors. Materials run from carbon and alloy steel through to 304, 316 and A4-70 stainless, with zinc plating, hot-dip galvanising, zinc flake, electrophoresis, Ruspert and black oxide finishes.
Quality
Every order is produced against a drawing and a finish specification confirmed with the customer in writing before production begins.
For a new part we supply pre-production samples for the customer’s testing before the main run is released. With the samples, and again with the shipment, we provide the reports the customer needs: dimensional, chemical composition, mechanical property and surface performance. Third-party test reports can be arranged where a project calls for them, and we can prepare PPAP documentation.
Approved drawings are kept on file, so a repeat order is produced to the same documents as the first.
Service to Distributors
Small quantities and split deliveries. An order can start with a single pallet, and further sizes added as demand develops.
Private label. The brand on the box is the customer’s, not ours.
Mixed orders and consolidation. Several product lines, and goods from several suppliers, in one shipment.
Storage by agreement. Finished goods held and released to the customer’s schedule.
We supply distributors who sell under their own name, and we do not approach their customers directly.
Markets
Europe, North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand, together with the South Pacific and Southeast Asia, mostly by ocean freight. Our customers include wholesalers, distributors, OEM buyers and end users, in many trades and many countries.
