Special Parts

Special Parts is where a drawing, a sample or a photograph becomes a real part. This is the work that does not fit any catalogue: fasteners with unusual head shapes, combined or stepped diameters, non-standard thread forms, head stampings and logos, bi-metal constructions, machined and turned components, and welded or multi-part assemblies. The process is deliberately simple. Send whatever you have, including a hand sketch or the broken part itself. We produce the working drawing, confirm material, mechanical grade and surface finish with you in writing, and make a prototype for you to fit and test before any production tooling is committed. Runs start small, with split shipments so you can prove the part in the field before scaling. The drawing stays on file so repeat orders match the first batch exactly, and finished parts can be packed in your own retail packaging with your logo and barcode.
