Stamping Parts

This category covers pressed, formed and welded metal parts, with a strong line in timber connectors: truss nail plates, knuckle nail plates, joist hangers, twist joist straps, strip brace coils, sheet brace straps, angle and L brackets, and square load-distribution washers. Material is normally galvanised or hot-dip galvanised steel, with stainless available for exposed and coastal work, in thicknesses matched to the load the connector carries. Because almost every builder and distributor has their own profile, hole pattern and stamping, most of this category is made to drawing rather than pulled from a catalogue. Send a drawing, a sample or even a photograph of the part you are replacing, and we produce the working drawing, confirm material and coating with you, and make a prototype for fitting before committing to tooling. Parts can be bundled, boxed or banded to suit your warehouse and your own labelling.
