Screws

Linkworld manufactures and supplies the screw types that timber and roofing trades in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America actually order. The range covers Type 17 bugle head batten screws for timber framing, hex washer flange roofing screws made to AS 3566 with class 3 and class 4 coatings and machine-assembled EPDM washers, countersunk deck and wood screws with square or Torx drive, double-thread and double-countersunk profiles, collated screws for auto-feed tools, and self-drilling screws for metal substrates. Finishes include zinc plating, Ruspert, electrophoresis, hot-dip galvanising and 304 or 316 stainless, with colour-matched painted heads for cladding and roofing. Beyond the catalogue we make screws to drawing, including special head shapes, thread forms, drive recesses and head markings. Packing is built for retail: colour boxes, plastic tubs and bags carrying your own logo and barcode, in small batches with split shipments so you can test a size before committing to volume.
